NASAFIT RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your NASAFIT gear. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
CANCELLATIONS
Purchased but Not Shipped (Cancellation)
Orders canceled before shipment incur an 8% cancellation fee.
Purchased and Shipped (Cancellation)
An 8% processing fee applies.
Additional costs for recalling the package in transit will be deducted.
Refunds are processed once the package is returned and recall fees are confirmed.
Pre-Orders / Backorders
Payment is charged immediately upon order placement.
Canceled pre-orders/backorders are eligible for a 92% refund of the total order value.
RETURNS
Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and free of damage or odors.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to NASAFIT’s error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
Use a trackable shipping method; we are not liable for lost return packages.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns (deducted from the refund).
USED ITEMS
Returns for used items are only accepted in extreme cases (e.g., manufacturing defects or malfunctions).
Written approval from NASAFIT is required before sending a return. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and customers must cover return shipping or forfeit the item.
Approved returns may qualify for an exchange, store credit, or partial refund after inspection.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
Report damage/defects within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@nasafit.com with:
Order number.
Clear photos/video of the issue.
We will replace or refund defective items at no cost to you.
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after return approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

NOTICE: Please make sure that you can notify us of the damaged product issue within 7 days from the date of receipt. Claims made longer than 7 days will not be accepted.
